Perched above the rocky shore, sunlight streaming through its windows as the sun sets, it looks out onto the returning fishing boats laden with sea bass, Saint-Pierre, red mullet, turbot, sole, Saint-Jacques... fish and shellfish which the LOUIS / SAMSON family will cook to perfection. The restaurant also has its own fish tank for rock lobster and other crustaceans - a real luxury. The sea bass baked in salt alone is worth the visit.
